The decision to begin psychotherapy is a one that is thoughtful and courageous. Psychotherapy requires a significant investment in time and resources which typically results in gains such as a reduction of symptoms, increase in insight, and better relationships. You are encouraged to find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable engaging in this process and this is typically assessed in the first few sessions. In preparation for your first appointment please see below:
1. Please call our office and schedule an intake to meet with one of our clinicians.
2. Our office manager will take your general information, schedule an intake or place you on the waitlist, and direct you to the online client portal where you can review important policies and document, complete intake information, and manage your billing.
3. If you would like information on how much your insurance benefits will contribute to your therapy costs please click here, input your insurance information at the bottom of the page, and our office manager will contact you within 2 business days with that information.
***Please be advised that it is necessary to provide payment information to reserve your session. Your card will be billed when the service is provided. You are allowed to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the session without the late cancellation/rescheduling fee, which is the full therapy fee.
